Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Senior Sales Executive is based in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and increasing revenue through property management solutions. Key responsibilities include direct client interactions, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. The role demands a proactive approach in identifying business opportunities and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing client relationships and closing deals
- Proficiency in customer engagement, lead generation, and presenting solutions effectively
- Familiarity with property management/real estate markets; knowledge of rental management processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in sales or business development, ideally in real estate/property management, is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
