Role Overview
As an Intern, you will support Sattva's team in assisting the client and its project partners in delivering stakeholder projects. It's an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about the development sector to build consulting and project management skills in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Operational Support

• Provide comprehensive support in building project deliverables.
  
  

• Prepare clear meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to maintain project momentum.
  
  

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and calls with internal and external stakeholders. 
  
  

• Maintain and organize project documentation, databases, and progress trackers.
  
  

2. Strategic, Research and Analytical Contribution

• Conduct secondary research to inform strategy and implementation.
  
  

• Analyse program data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
  
  

• Contribute to the development of presentations, concept notes, and strategy documents.
  
  

• Synthesize research findings into concise summaries and talking points for client engagements.
  
  

• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
  
  

3. Stakeholder Engagement Support

• Support in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations.
  
  

• Draft professional communications, emails, and follow-ups for senior client leadership, experts, and partner organizations.
  
  

• Assist in coordination and documentation of stakeholder discussions.
  
  Who We're Looking For
  Educational Background

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree related to development studies or management.
  
  Core Skills

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  
  

• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
