Your Mission

Your primary objective: turn footage into fire. You will take raw assets—clips, audio, graphics and forge them into cinematic experiences that demand attention and spark emotion.

  • Ideate & Strategize: Distill our DNA into video concepts that cut through the noise. Develop approaches that amplify the message, and always push for something that bleeds realness.
  • Edit & Elevate: You'll shape everything from shorts to longer-form pieces. Cut, color, and craft with ruthless precision. Your edits will be the human spark—never mere automation.
  • Release & Conquer: Deploy finished pieces across our channels. Analyze results, tweak tactics, and constantly harden our edge.

  • You're relentless, resourceful, and rapid. You learn quick, move quicker.
  • You have a cinematic eye and uncompromising taste. You know what sets a pulse racing and what's just background noise.

  • Fluent in Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, After Effects—whatever tool gives your story the sharpest teeth.
