Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day laboratory activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory operations and must be capable of handling all aspects of lab management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage laboratory operations in Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology, and Hematology

Supervise lab staff, ensure proper training, and monitor performance

Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and regulatory guidelines

Handle sample processing, testing protocols, and report verification

Maintain equipment calibration, documentation, and lab maintenance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with clinicians and healthcare providers

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Address technical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of laboratory management experience

Strong knowledge in Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology, and Hematology testing

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and ensure accuracy in testing

Familiarity with laboratory information systems and documentation standards
