Position Overview :-

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing housing finance products, building partner networks, and driving sales in the affordable home loan sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases through open market channels, developer relationships, and connectors/DSAs.
  • Focus on the affordable housing segment with an average ticket size of up to ₹40 lakhs.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners to generate consistent business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the sourcing network.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant processing of sales documentation and KYC requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Provide regular sales updates, market insights, and pipeline reports to the management team.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate with 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in sales, housing finance, or related sectors.
  • Basic understanding of KYC processes and financial documentation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
