Job Responsibilities

● Revenue Maximization and Customer Success: Identifying opportunities from revenue maximization by quick decision-making and core business understanding.

● Monitoring day-to-day business: Perform all functions in an efficient manner, flex between tasks as directed by the supervisor.

● Problem Identification and finding appropriate solutions: Identify problems in the current infrastructure and come up with strategies to solve them.

● Planning focused campaigns and health checks to ensure that our products/services are utilized effectively by the clients to ensure higher lifetime value [LTV].

Candidate Profile:

● Microsoft Excel (Beginner to Intermediate).

● Quick Decision maker

● Decent communication abilities.

● Self-learner, highly curious, self-starter, and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.

● Entrepreneurial mind-set with a positive attitude is necessary.

Qualifications ● BSc, MSc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, MCom
