Role Description

This full-time position for Management Trainee (F&B Service) and Kitchen at Little Italy is an on-site role located in Pune. The day-to-day duties include overseeing food and beverage service operations, ensuring high standards of service, managing kitchen operations, assisting in menu planning, and maintaining quality control. The trainee will work closely with senior staff to learn and contribute to the successful execution of daily activities within the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Food and Beverage Service, and Hospitality Management skills
  • Kitchen Operations, Culinary Knowledge, and Food Safety skills
  • Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
