Record daily sales & revenue & other numbers
Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and external stakeholders.
- General Ledger Management: Manage and post entries to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations. Assist with audits and financial reviews.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are within budget and properly documented.
- Tax Preparation and Filing: Handle ITR preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with income tax laws. Assist with tax planning and strategy.
- GST Filing: Manage GST filings, including preparation and submission of GST returns and compliance with GST regulations.
- Tally Software Management: Utilize Tally software for maintaining financial records, generating reports, and performing reconciliations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance financial operations.
