Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Comp Sci, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by the top venture funds in the country - BVP, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads (HR leaders, Finance leaders, Founders) to convey Nova's value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Business Development Lead
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

  • You've done some selling in the past and have the ability and desire to become great at sales
