At Nova, we're looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 15 months, we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit, raised double-digit millions in funding and become the first company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Comp Sci, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by the top venture funds in the country - BVP, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads (HR leaders, Finance leaders, Founders) to convey Nova's value proposition
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Business Development Lead
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

What are we looking for ?
- We are looking for a startup enthusiast - someone who loves knowing about the latest trends in the startup ecosystem
- Loves being on top of whatever exciting is happening in the startup ecosystem
- You've done some selling in the past and have the ability and desire to become great at sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have the "Hunger" to achieve and you find motivation in temporary setbacks
- You don't believe in settling, you find ways to overachieve and keep improving
- Your ability to learn is off the charts
- You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
