Job Summary

We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer
with strong experience in
cloud-based delivery pipelines, Kubernetes-based deployments, and automation
. This role is focused entirely on
application delivery, CI/CD orchestration, and platform enablement
in AWS and/or Azure environments.

In addition to hands-on DevOps work, this position includes
team leadership responsibilities
— overseeing DevOps initiatives, supporting developer productivity, and managing select
cybersecurity-related initiatives
in collaboration with relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust
    CI/CD pipelines
    using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or Azure DevOps
  • Automate deployment and release processes for containerized applications
  • Manage
    Kubernetes application deployments
    using Helm, Kustomize, and rollout strategies
  • Use
    Terraform
    for automating application-related cloud service configurations
  • Implement
    GitOps workflows
    with tools like ArgoCD or Flux
  • Create automation scripts and tools using
    Python
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, test, and release workflows
  • Continuously improve delivery automation, performance, and observability
  • Lead and manage a small DevOps team
    , providing guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback
  • Coordinate with security teams and support
    cybersecurity initiatives
    related to DevOps practices and platform tooling

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a DevOps engineering role
    (cloud-focused, automation-centric)
  • Strong proficiency with modern
    CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Hands-on experience deploying to Kubernetes
    environments (EKS, AKS, etc.)
  • Proficient in using
    Terraform
    for application delivery automation
  • Strong understanding of
    Git workflows
    , version control, and release branching strategies
  • Experience with
    Docker
    and containerization workflows
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior engineers

Good to Have

  • Exposure to cybersecurity practices
    within DevOps workflows
  • Familiarity with
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
