Apple System RF team is looking for a Radio Frequency (RF) System Integration Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing RF automation testing systems used on Apple's products for Cellular technology. Responsibilities

  • Supports multiple products by authoring scalable software and applying strong engineering fundamentals.
  • Contributes to a multi-faceted software suite based on C/C++.
  • Candidate will analyze RF performance in conjunction with multi-functional teams to identify and root cause RF issues.
    Will be familiar with one or more wireless standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent fundamentals or relevant experience in C/C++ or a similar language.
  • Good knowledge of RF fundamentals and communications theory.
  • Good understanding and experience with testing and analyzing of RF metrics and impairments.
  • Good knowledge of RF lab equipment.
  • Familiarity with data processing and statistical tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or understanding of current Cellular standards.
  • Experience in developing test solutions or systems.
  • Familiarity with Antenna and OTA test methodology.
    Verbal and written English skills.
