About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven
Management Trainees
who will undergo a
6-month structured training program
in
Pro Optimization and Marketplace functions
. This role is designed to give you hands-on exposure to digital marketing processes, client management, and e-commerce marketplace operations.

On successful completion of the training and performance evaluation, you will be
converted into a Senior Associate – Pro Optimization / Marketplace
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns and marketplace operations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support internal teams in ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Learn client communication, performance reporting, and account handling.
  • Build strong analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills.

Who Can Apply

  • Recent graduates/postgraduates (MBA/Marketing/Commerce/Analytics background preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced digital ecosystem.

Career Path

  • 0–6 Months:
    Management Trainee – Pro Optimization & Marketplace
  • Post 6 Months (Performance-based):
    Senior Associate – Pro Optimization / Marketplace. On successful completion of the training and performance evaluation, you will be
