Job Summary

The Infra Ops Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing infrastructure operations within our organization. With a focus on Change Management and Incident Management the specialist will ensure seamless communication and lifecycle management of changes. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL V4 practices and will operate in a hybrid work model primarily during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure operations to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the entire change lifecycle management process ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Implement ITIL V4 best practices to streamline incident management and improve response times.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain change management communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and analyze incident trends to proactively address potential issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of changes into existing systems.
  • Conduct regular reviews of change management processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on ITIL V4 and change management best practices.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of strategic plans to enhance infrastructure resilience.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Change Management Communication and Change Lifecycle Management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL V4 practices and Incident Management.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to monitor and improve infrastructure operations.
  • Show ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have a proven track record of implementing successful change management strategies.
  • Display expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
  • Hold a relevant certification in ITIL V4 or equivalent.
