- Developing and executing business plans to achieve organizational goals.

  • Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.

  • Onboarding new customers and strengthening existing customer relationships.

  • Working on customer enquiries, follow-ups, and pricing responsibilities.

  • Preparing reports, proposals, and client presentations.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

-Maintaining excellent internal and external communication for effective customer support.

  • Negotiating, following up, and ensuring proper execution of responsibilities.

  • Acting as a team player, open to handling any departmental tasks as required.

  • Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Eager to learn, adapt, and achieve consistent business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Innovative, result-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
