Position: YouTube Tutor

Subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and History

Mode: On-camera teaching with smart board

Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time / Freelance (choose one)

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and knowledgeable tutors who can create high-quality educational content for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, able to explain concepts clearly, and comfortable using a smart board for interactive teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, engaging lessons in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and/or History on camera.
  • Use a smart board for demonstrations, problem-solving, and explanations.
  • Record lessons with a good-quality microphone and camera setup.
  • Simplify complex concepts with examples, diagrams, and visual aids.
  • Create structured lesson plans and ensure content accuracy.
  • Maintain a consistent teaching style aligned with the channel's standards.
  • Collaborate with the content team on topics, scripts, and scheduling.
  • Ensure videos are recorded with professional quality (audio, lighting, clarity).

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in at least one of the mentioned subjects:Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics / History.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Comfortable presenting on camera.
  • Ability to teach using a smart board (digital or physical).
  • Access to:
  • Smart board or digital whiteboard
  • High-quality microphone
  • Camera setup (HD or higher)
  • Quiet and well-lit recording environment
  • Prior teaching or YouTube experience is a plus (not mandatory).

  • Ability to create student-friendly, easy-to-understand explanations.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Creative teaching style.
  • Time management and consistency in content delivery.
  • Basic understanding of video recording or online teaching tools.
  • Confidence and positive on-camera presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
