Roles and Responsibilities

  • New delivery & Installation - Follow-up coordination for delivery of machines with vendor and Technician for Installation after confirmation from client.
  • Scheduling state wise technicians for servicing. Ensuring to allocate nearby technicians for the visits.
  • Follow-up with clients for the quotations sent update the concern team promptly.
  • Report Preparation Generate Daily/weekly/monthly reports of complaints, closures, and delays Timeliness and accuracy of reports of Service/Complaint/Maintenances Report
