Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Attendance Sheet and Minutes of Board Meetings/Committee Meeting, Annual General Meeting, Extra-ordinary General Meeting;

Preparation of Annual Filing documents such as Notice of AGM, Board Report,

Increase in Authorized Share Capital;

Director Appointments i.e. Additional Director, Whole Time Director, Managing Director;

Registration of Independent Director in ID Database and their appointment;

Shifting of Registered Office of the Company/LLP;

Change in name of the Public/Private Company(s) and LLP;

Funds Management via Bonus Issue, Right Issue, buy back;

Change in Object clause of the Company;

Admission and Cessation of Partners of LLP;

Maintaining statutory records and preparation & updating the Statutory Registers of Companies;
