Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary
AI Lead
to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to guide cross-functional teams in leveraging AI for innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and drive the organization's AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact.
  • Technical Execution
  • Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI/ML models and pipelines.
  • Ensure end-to-end model lifecycle management — from data collection and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
  • Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with ethical standards.
  • Optimize model performance and ensure robustness in production environments.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Mentor and upskill team members in machine learning, data engineering, and AI frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure efficient data flow and infrastructure support for AI solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and version control (Git, MLflow, Docker, etc.).
