We are looking for a dynamic and driven Partner Growth Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partners who align with our brand and business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with these partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding process to ensure new partners are set up for success.
- Provide training and resources to new partners to help them understand our software and marketing strategies.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth through partner channels.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Assist partners with the execution of marketing campaigns, including webinars, blogs, and social media posts.
- Provide guidance and support to partners to ensure their marketing efforts are effective and aligned with our brand.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to partner marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and drive continuous growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary resources and support.
Skills
- Proven experience in partner marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
- Experience in the SaaS or graphic design industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to think outside the box and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field is preferred.
