Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing course information, and achieving enrolment targets through effective counselling and communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission process, eligibility, and fees.
  • Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversions into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrolments.
  • Participate in promotional events, seminars, and education fairs.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Required Skills and Attributes:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
