Role & Responsibilities - TAXATION AND FINANCE Support in all Tax planning initiatives direct & indirect tax Interact with India Tax Team & advisors and seek clarifications on company matterspertaining to taxation and keep oneself abreast of latest developments and changes inTaxation laws.  Ensure that Tax Audits and Tax returns are completed on timely and accurate basis.  Ensure proper and accurate accounting and reconciliation of all Tax accounts on amonthly basis.

 Ensure that all Direct & Indirect Tax returns are filed on a timely basis.  Ensure computation of monthly tax and payment of all taxes is done on a timely basis.  Review of customer / vendor contracts from the Tax point of view.

 Review and Improve processes and systems to ensure smooth, effective and efficientoperations in the accounts department.  Monitor and lead various initiatives like quality improvement/measurement, automation,etc.  Participate in cross functional teams (as and when applicable) Assist in Statutory audit/Group Audit/Internal audit Handling day to day accounting activities Ensuring Proper month end/Year end activities from Accounting GovernanceEducational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with post 5 Years of experience into Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing.
