We are looking for a skilled House Keeping professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Guest Service Associate in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless housekeeping operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on housekeeping procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
