Ad Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ad Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling advertising space in our magazine as well as expanding our business by selling our Policewala Agency model to other agencies and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for advertising in Policewala Magazine.
  • Promote and sell the Policewala Agency/Franchise to potential partners, distributors, and agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and business partners.
  • Develop customized advertising solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both ad space and agency sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential advertisers and agencies across industries.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design and editorial team to ensure timely execution of client advertisements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, clients, and partner communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ad sales, media sales, franchise/agency sales, or business development (print media experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and agency relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Basic understanding of advertising, branding, and franchise/agency models.
