About the Role

SciSports is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associates to support our day-to-day operational functions. This role involves flexible working hours with an inconsistent roster that includes mid-week and weekend shifts. Depending on shift planning, the work may include day, evening, or night schedules.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and passionate about sports—especially football—while being comfortable handling responsibility and collaborating within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

  • Manage and resolve client-reported errors efficiently.
  • Perform accurate data entry and data management tasks.
  • Upload video content and ensure timely availability.
  • Handle sports fixtures and scheduling tasks.
  • Manage rosters in coordination with the team.
  • Map and align multiple data sources as per workflow.
  • Take responsibility for stand-by slots for operational processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day event data maintenance and updates.
  • Sync videos (full match start/end + 1st & 2nd halves).
  • Update and maintain team settings (logos, names, etc.).
  • Provide additional operational support as requested by the SciSports team.

Work Environment & Schedule

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹300, ₹550,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
