real estate holdings and investments in luxury markets.What This Position Is All About: We are seeking a QA Manager – Automation Testing who will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling Saks Global's test automation initiatives across enterprise platforms and products. This individual will drive automation strategy, tool adoption and test engineering practices, ensuring test efficiency, coverage andquality at speed. This role combines technical expertise in automation frameworks with a deep understanding of business processes, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient test practices.The ideal candidate is not only a hands-on automation expert but also a strategic thinker who proactively identifies automation opportunities across functions, promotes continuous improvement and aligns automation goals with business outcomes.Who You Are: Proven experience in leading enterprise-grade automation teams across platforms, APIs and UIs. Proven experience designing and managing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TectNG, JUnit, RestAssured, Cyprus, Playwright, Postman, or similar Strong programming skills in Java, Python or JavaScript Experienced in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify automation gaps, recommend tooling/process improvements and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team of QA engineers . Skilled in managing quality gates across agile development life cycles. Effective communicator with the ability to articulate testing strategy, automation ROI and defect metrics to stakeholders.

Passion for innovation, quality and customer experience.You Also Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 10+ years of total QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA leadership or managerial role. Strong hands-on knowledge of automation scripting, test strategy, and integration of automation in CI/CD. Familiarity with Retail domain or E-commerce platforms (experience with Salesforce ecosystem is a plus).

Proficiency in API testing and automation of web/mobile applications. Working knowledge of test management tools like Zephyr,TestRail or similar. Experience in exploratory testing, performance testing or visual testing tools is a plus. Familiarity with cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernites) is preferred Exposure to test data management, service virtualization and observability tools is preferred.As an QA Manager-Automation, You Will: Develop and lead the automation testing strategy and roadmap for Saks Global.

Build, maintain and evolve automation frameworks (UI, API and backend) Establish automation KPIs and integrate testing as a continuous process in SDLC. Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate automation tools and frameworks. Collaborate with development, DevOps and product teams to ensure automation coverage in all stages of delivery. Drive initiatives to identify test optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements across business and technical teams.

Review and optimize test coverage, execution time and flakiness of automated tests. Coach, mentor and grow a team of automation engineers to high-performance standards. Conduct regular reviews of test scripts and frameworks to ensure maintainability and scalability. Present quality metrics and automation impact dashboards to senior leadership.

Partner with business leaders to ensure QA alignment with organizational goals. Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, skilled in managing QA teams in an agile and globally distributed environment.
