Job Title - Logistics Executive (Preferably Food Industry Experience)

Location - Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Experience - 3 to 4 years

Salary - upto 40k per month

Responsibilities:

1.
Strategically plan, manage, and oversee logistics transportation and customer services.

2.
Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle to ensure smooth operations.

3.
Monitor and track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

4.
Meet established targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.

5.
Maintain key performance metrics and analyze data to assess performance, recommending and implementing improvements.

6.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards.

7.
Manage and coordinate all outstation deliveries efficiently.

8.
Handle inventory management.

Requirements and Skills:

1.
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager.

2.
Strong record of successful distribution and logistics management.

3.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

4.
Proficiency in standard logistics software.

5.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

6.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7.
Experience in handling local transportation vendors.

8.
Good command of Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
