Role & responsibilities

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in the reconciliation technology field. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in business analysis, particularly in reconciliation processes, and will contribute to product onboarding and the enhancement of our reconciliation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding and integration of new products onto the reconciliation platform.
  • Analyze and support the design of reconciliation processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Help configure and customize data models and pipelines to meet business requirements.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to support operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for ongoing enhancements and fixes.
  • Participate in the research, design, and implementation of new features and improvements to the reconciliation application.
  • Document requirements and design specifications for new functionalities.
  • Support testing and validation of new configurations and enhancements before implementation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality and data quality.
  • Help identify and address technical debt while automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-10 years of experience working in a business analyst role.
  • University degree (Bachelors) in IT or a related field.
  • Good understanding of reconciliation processes.
  • Technical proficiency in reconciliation tools is a plus.
  • Have experience in Intellimatch, ARO or EZops
  • Familiarity with any: RESTful APIs, Excel, Python, SQL, and Cloud hosting.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems (GIT, SVN).
  • Understanding of agile software development lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
