Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Data Privacy & IT Act Analyst. The role involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and IT regulations, conducting privacy impact assessments, managing data breach responses, and providing technical support. The analyst will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to IT compliance and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws
  • Ability to conduct privacy impact assessments and manage data breach responses
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in IT and cybersecurity
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Law, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
