Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant HR Executive with experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle HR documentation, attendance, and employee records through the companys internal system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and punctuality via company HR portal/website
  • Assist in employee induction and joining formalities
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle documentation for salary, offer letters, appraisal, and exits
  • Assist in basic payroll support and MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: HR / MBA or related field)
  • 2 to 5 years of HR experience (preferably in Recruitment & HR Operations)
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience in managing attendance and HR portals
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
