Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Spark Scala Developer
with a strong background in big data technologies and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data engineering, distributed computing environments, and AWS-based data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing pipelines using
    Apache Spark
    and
    PySpark
    .
  • Optimize Spark jobs using
    RDDs
    ,
    DataFrames
    , and
    Spark SQL
    .
  • Implement data transformations and aggregations using
    Scala
    and
    Python
    .
  • Handle large-scale datasets on
    AWS services
    like
    EMR
    ,
    S3
    , and
    Lambda
    .
  • Work with databases like
    DocumentDB
    and
    Aurora PostgreSQL
    .
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality data processing and integration.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Apache Spark
    and
    PySpark
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    , with working knowledge of
    Scala
    .
  • Experience in
    AWS
    – particularly
    EMR
    ,
    S3

    Lambda
    .
  • Familiarity with
