Invention Engine
(erstwhile part of Change Engine) is an innovation ecosystem builder that runs
India's real AI and Deeptech startup accelerator – ACE

. We partner with founders who are solving hard problems and support them in their journey through our
Lab + Accelerator model

. Our approach is to look at all these problems from first principles — develop a deep understanding of the problem and build solutions grounded in that understanding.

We believe the most exciting technology in India is being built on campuses and we want to back these entrepreneurs through our
Campus Spark Program

Invention Engine is led by
Varun Aggarwal

About Campus Spark:

Campus Spark is a curated community of the most promising student entrepreneurs from top engineering colleges. It's a launchpad for student founders to build, test, and grow their ventures with the right mentorship, exposure, and network. We are currently building a strong community within Delhi NCR.

About the Role: Venture Spark

You're the eyes, ears, and heartbeat of Invention Engine inside your campus.

You know the builders. You spot the crazy ideas. You're the plug between tomorrow's founders and today's opportunities.

startup scout + community builder + insider

all rolled into one.

This is an opportunity for someone who is active and well-networked in their campus, passionate about innovation, and wants a front-row seat to India's fastest-growing startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify promising student-led startups, projects, and entrepreneurial talent in your college.

• Act as the bridge between Invention Engine and student communities, clubs, and incubators.

• Help organize Invention Engine events, workshops, and info sessions on campus.

• Share regular updates with the Invention Engine team about trends, interesting startups, and potential founders.

• Represent Invention Engine and the ACE AI Accelerator on your campus.

Time Commitment:

• 3–5 hours/week, flexible around your academic schedule.

• Duration:

3-6 months (renewable).

• This is a volunteer/leadership experience role with certificates, perks, and access. Exceptional performers may receive additional incentives.
