Business Development Associate in Delhi, Noida

As a sales development representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to qualify leads, build a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure potential clients understand the value of QDC's SaaS platform for the laundry and dry-cleaning industry. We're looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, and passionate about connecting with people. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can tailor your approach to resonate with different audiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and qualification:
- Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to initiate conversations and understand their pain points.
- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and ensure they are a good fit for QDC.
- Research and build prospect lists using tools and databases.
- Pipeline development:
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the Sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Customer education:
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of QDC's SaaS platform tailored to the laundry and dry-cleaning industry.
- Address initial queries about features, benefits, and integrations.
- Process improvement:
- Use CRM tools to log and track interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions to improve messaging and product offerings.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for converted leads.
- Participate in regular sync-ups to align on strategy and lead management.
