Pizza Wings is seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our location. This role is perfect for someone with a hands-on approach, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for operational excellence. You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily store functions while ensuring the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding service and food quality.
  • Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize staffing levels and labor scheduling to meet business demands.
  • Maintain control of inventory, waste, and ordering to ensure stock levels are accurate and cost-effective.
  • Ensure all employees follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to develop team members.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring repeat business.
  • Track store performance against KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere aligned with Pizza Wings' culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
