What You'll Do

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Lead Kruu's social media presence with engaging, on-brand content that drives community growth.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to boost awareness, leads, and conversions.

Go-to-Market & Growth Marketing

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new programs, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Design and run growth experiments to optimize funnels and scale reach.

Sales Enablement & Client Success

  • Build sales enablement materials—pitch decks, case studies, and campaign toolkits.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell.

Brand & Events

  • Oversee event marketing for summits, conferences, and partner activations.
  • Ensure all communications reflect Kruu's brand voice and values.

Data & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; make informed adjustments.
  • Use insights to improve messaging, targeting, and impact.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in marketing, with proven experience in digital, social, and growth strategies.
  • Strong track record in go-to-market execution and lead generation.
  • Experience in sales enablement and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
