Job Title: Site Engineer / Civil EngineerDepartment: Construction / EngineeringReports To: Project Manager / Senior EngineerJob Summary:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer / Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, manage site resources, and support timely and cost-effective project completion. The engineer will serve as a key link between the office and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction work. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations on-site.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Assist in material procurement and inventory management.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Resolve any technical issues and provide solutions on-site. Support project budgeting and cost control.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience (1–5 years) in site execution or construction management.

Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Skills:Experience with (specify if residential/commercial/infrastructure projects). Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Certification in project management or safety (optional but beneficial).
