Reporting to the Senior Site Engineer, the Junior Site Engineer will support site activities by supervising daily execution, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring material quality and quantities, and assisting with site documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise on-site activities such as carpentry, flooring, partitions, ceilings, painting, and other finishing works.
  • Verify receipt of materials on site, check for damages or shortages, and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Assist in preparing daily site progress reports with photographic evidence for internal records and client updates.
  • Support quantity measurement and verification to aid in billing and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure work proceeds as per schedule and quality expectations.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Report any delays, quality issues, or site challenges to the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager promptly.

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience working on commercial interior fit-outs or similar construction projects.
  • Basic ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively on site.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a site management role.
