Job Titles: Senior US IT Technical RecruiterWe are looking for a disciplined, street smart Sr US IT Technical Recruiting Specialist, adept at identifying top talent and navigating the intricacies of the recruitment landscape. Ability to interact with our recruiting/client hiring managers and able to write a detailed JOB descriptions2. Ability to search/identify the right candidates for appropriate positions based on the technical skills sets.3. Strong experience interviewing the candidates thoroughly on their technical skills.4.

Familiarity with USA tax terms like Corp-Corp ( C2C ), W2, Good understanding of different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, TN.6. Knowledge of open recruiting tools.7.

Good resume writing skills - highlighting the resume summaries, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the team.8. Good understanding of the various IT technologies in the Recruitment Industry and a broad understanding of how the market works, etc.9. Hardworking, good attitude, and eager to learn new things10.

Must have worked towards achieving targets. Required Skills:1. 5+ years experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles in the technology space (e.g., software engineering, data science, DevOps).2.

Solid understanding of handling the full cycle of US IT Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing resources from the job portals, doing the required screening based on client requirements, submitting the resource to the concerned Team Leads, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules and maintaining a cordial relationship with the resources.3. Familiarity with common technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the IT and software development fields.

Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development tools is a plus4. Good Research skills using portals like Social Networking sites, LinkedIn and Facebook Groups. Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter,Dice etc to source, engage, and manage candidates.5.

Works independently and with the team effectively to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals6. Must be highly motivated, dedicated, and results-driven to attain growth goals.7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.8.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.9. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms. Preferred Skills: Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of US IT Recruitment.
