Job summary

As a project manager of development team, they will play a crucial role in ensuring successful delivery of projects. They will required to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, QA and L1, to manage the project lifecycle from start to closure. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with help of given resources while meeting the required quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product owner and development teams to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • Creating and managing project timelines, identifying risks and monitoring progress against project goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement and collaborating cross-functional teams, identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the progress.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective
  • Communicate project status, risks & issues, timelines, resources utilization, prepare & deliver metrics to senior management & stakeholders regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
