Position Overview

Position Title: Junior Full Stack Developer

Department: Engineering

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to contribute to AI-powered platform development across multiple client projects. You will work closely with senior developers to build user interfaces, admin dashboards, and backend features while gaining hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties (70% of time)

Frontend Development

  • Build responsive web applications using React and TypeScript
  • Develop admin dashboards and management interfaces for AI agents
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for voice and chat interactions
  • Implement real-time features for conversation monitoring
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Backend Support

  • Develop API endpoints under senior developer guidance
  • Implement CRUD operations and data validation
  • Build integration connectors for third-party services
  • Assist with database operations and data processing
  • Support authentication and user management features

AI Platform Integration

  • Integrate AI APIs into web applications (OpenAI, voice services)
  • Build conversation flow interfaces and testing tools
  • Develop data visualization for AI performance metrics
  • Create tools for content management and knowledge base administration

Secondary Duties (30% of time)

Learning & Development

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Learn AI/ML concepts through hands-on project work
  • Contribute to technical documentation and user guides
  • Support QA testing and bug resolution
  • Assist with deployment and monitoring tasks

Technical Requirements

Must-Have Skills

Frontend Development

  • 1-3 years experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API)
  • Knowledge of component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols

Backend Development

  • Basic experience with or Python/FastAPI
  • Understanding of database concepts (PostgreSQL, basic SQL)
  • Experience with API development and testing (Postman)
  • Knowledge of Git workflows and version control
  • Understanding of authentication and session management

General Skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
  • Good communication skills for technical discussions
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and AI/ML concepts

Nice-to-Have Skills

AI/ML Exposure

  • Curiosity about AI technologies and language models
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data processing
  • Interest in conversational AI and voice technologies

Technical Tools

  • AWS services exposure (S3, Lambda basics)
