We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead who can own the architecture, backend + frontend integration, and lead a small team to deliver a working MVP within 2 months. This role requires someone who can set coding standards, mentor interns/junior developers, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement backend + API infrastructure
  • Build core modules: Authentication, Payments, Payouts, Call Logs, Moderation
  • Oversee integration of mobile apps with backend & 3rd-party SDKs (Agora/WebRTC/Twilio)
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers
  • Guarantee performance, scalability, and security of the platform

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in (or Python/Django/FastAPI)
  • Experience working with React Native/Flutter apps
  • Knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC, Agora, Twilio)
  • Database proficiency (MongoDB, Postgres, Redis)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) & CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience in startup/fast MVP build environments is a strong plus

Profile Fit

  • 5–8 years of experience in full stack development
  • Capable of delivering independently while leading and mentoring a team
  • Startup mindset – problem solver, hands-on, and execution-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
