Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Student Guidance: Provide personalized academic and career counselling to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths.
  • Admission Process: Assist prospective students with the application and admission process, including course selection and enrolment.
  • Career Planning: Help students develop career plans, set achievable goals, and explore various career options.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on various academic and career-related topics.
  • Student Support: Address student concerns and provide support in resolving academic or personal issues that may impact their education.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, administration, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to student support and success.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and progress reports.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, job market demands, and industry developments to provide relevant advice to students.
