About the Role:

Studio Mars is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. The role involves coordinating between design, production, and onsite management of tasks to ensure smooth execution of projects across exhibitions, retail spaces, and brand experiences - from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments like design, production, and on-site execution teams for project completion.
  • Manage procurement, vendor communication, and material sourcing.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Understand materials, fabrication methods, and site requirements.
  • Review and interpret drawings (basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
  • Mandatory travel to project sites for supervision, coordination, and completion with handover.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in project coordination (preferably in exhibitions, retail, or interior design projects).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Mandatory travel for on-site execution.
