Role summary

Help us design, review, and validate innovative assessments and learning assets for next-generation skill tracks. You'll partner with our learning designers to ensure accuracy, rigor, and learner impact.

What you'll do

  • Review/edit assessments for accuracy, relevance, difficulty, and fairness.
  • Ensure learning outcomes, rubrics, and item metadata align with track objectives.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback with fast turnaround in an agile workflow.
  • Refine course assets (video scripts, hands-on labs, projects, readings, quizzes).
  • Calibrate with peers; contribute exemplar answers, scoring guides, and test blueprints.
  • Validate AI-generated content; flag bias, ambiguity, or academic-integrity risks.
  • Maintain version control and documentation in shared repos and LMS.

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Gen AI & Machine Learning: 3–5 years hands-on (e.g., LLMs, NLP, MLOps, model eval).
  • Data / Software & Product / IT: 5–8 years relevant industry experience.
  • Prior work in assessment writing, teaching, curriculum, or technical editing.
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration across functions.
  • Flexible availability; comfortable with rapid review cycles.

Nice to have

  • Graduate degree or recognized certifications in your track.
  • Portfolio of assessments or learning assets.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive assessment design.
  • Tooling: Git/GitHub, Jupyter, dbt, Figma, Azure/AWS/GCP, Jira, Gen-AI authoring tools.

Specialization focus (pick one)

  • Gen AI & ML: LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, supervised/unsupervised learning, MLOps, responsible AI.
  • Data: Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BI, statistics, data modeling, pipelines, data governance.
  • Software & Product: SDLC, system design, APIs, cloud-native patterns, product strategy, discovery, delivery.
  • IT: Networking, security, cloud operations, OS, identity, enterprise tooling, ITIL fundamentals.

Deliverables & cadence

  • Weekly review target (example): 20–40 items or 1–2 projects; 24–72 hour turnaround.
  • Artifacts: item reviews with rationale, revised items, scoring rubrics, blueprint updates.

Success metrics

  • On-time delivery; peer review agreement; content accuracy rate; learner outcome alignment; stakeholder satisfaction.

Compensation & term

  • Competitive contract rates per item/hour/project (set per track and complexity).
  • Initial 3-month contract with extension based on performance and volume.
