  • Strong understanding of the Gen AI tech stack and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of enterprise-grade applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and apply data preprocessing techniques.
  • Strong Backend Python development experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Build and deploy end-to-end Gen AI-based conversational applications with RAG.
  • Expertise in ML techniques such as classification, clustering, deep learning, optimization, and supervised/unsupervised learning.
  • Optimize model performance and scalability for real-time inference and deployment.
  • Experiment with hyperparameters and model configurations to improve model quality.
  • Ensure all AI/ML solutions comply with Responsible AI guidelines and standards.
  • Proven ability to develop, debug, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Preferred experience in fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs and Agentic AI-based implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex AI challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across teams.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with GraphDB-based implementations using Langgraph.
  • Exposure to fully managed cloud services for Gen AI implementations
