Excellent communication is required and very strong in Gen AI.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained foundation models using techniques such as LoRA, prompt engineering, RAG, and transfer learning.
- Build and integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, PostgreSQL + pgvector, FAISS).
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines with scalable MLOps practices.
- Work with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI) for deploying and scaling models.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in GenAI, NLP, multimodal AI, and applied ML.
