Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads from website, calls, social media, and marketplaces—ensuring timely responses and personalized follow-ups.
  • Execute outbound lead generation through calls, WhatsApp, and email to build relationships with potential customers (corporates, event planners, retail clients, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data, inquiries, interactions, and order history.
  • Nurture leads through effective follow-up strategies until conversion.
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships to increase repeat orders and referrals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on customer needs, campaign responses, and lead quality.
  • Handle corporate gifting and bulk order leads, providing customized solutions and quotations.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives by ensuring timely query resolution and delight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹28,149.45 per month
