**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling for Orders**:
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers.
- Contact customers to take flower orders, discuss available products, and offer special deals or promotions.
- Record all relevant information during calls, ensuring accuracy of customer details and order preferences.
2. **Customer Engagement & Communication**:
- Address customer queries regarding products, pricing, delivery schedules, and promotions.
- Provide information about new collections, seasonal flowers, and exclusive offers to encourage orders.
3. **Order Management**:
- Ensure that at least 20 orders are achieved daily through outbound calls.
- Process orders accurately and enter them into the system with proper documentation.
- Follow up with customers to confirm orders, delivery details, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets for orders by actively pursuing leads, cross-selling, and upselling relevant products.
- Keep track of customer preferences to drive repeat sales and enhance customer loyalty.
5. **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system.
- Ensure proper logging of customer interactions, including follow-ups and order statuses.
6. **Reporting & Feedback**:
- Report daily call statistics, order details, and customer feedback to the supervisor or management.
- Suggest improvements to the customer service process based on insights from customer interactions.
7. **Incentive Programs**:
- Actively participate in company incentive schemes based on order targets, with additional rewards for exceeding sales goals.
- Keep up with the latest promotional activities and be able to inform customers about these offers.
8. **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication, order accuracy, and prompt service.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the management team as needed.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM tools.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
- Experience in customer service or sales (preferable).
- Pleasant phone etiquette and friendly demeanor.
