Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid foundation in data science, and experience implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models for real-world applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and train predictive models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products or services.
  • Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Experiment with deep learning frameworks and NLP techniques as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve based on feedback and new data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, data visualization tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of version control tools like Git.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs).
  • Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases and prompt engineering.
