Job Description – Food & Beverages Attendance

Position: Food & Beverages Attendance (Service Staff)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Service Charges

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverages team. As an Attendance/Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, ensuring smooth dining experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Take food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks as per restaurant standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
  • Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations.
  • Handle billing and cash/card transactions when required.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, behavior, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage service preferred (Hotels/Restaurants/Cafés).
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure during busy hours.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
