Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to to join our Global Consulting Soution Hub team to support KPMG Velocity Sales Content team. The KPMG Velocity Sales Content team is responsible for the co-ordination and development of sales enablement assets for the entire portfolio of Velocity Propositions and Journeys that are produced by Global Proposition Owners and their teams. The role will work in collaboration with a PM resource and report upwards to the Sales Content PM and Sales Content Manager to support this process. The team works in partnership with the Velocity Activation team, including regional Member Firm Enablement Leads, as well as Learning, Internal (Comms focus) and External (Marketing focus) Activation teams, Platform, and Build teams.

Responsibilities
  • Analyses and reports on quality findings: Prepares detailed reports summarizing findings, including root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions for quality meetings.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Manages constructive and productive relationships with the wider Velocity team and other global stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and initiatives
  • Embedding of quality: Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within and without the SE team
  • Process support: Collaborates with all teams involved in production and publishing of Velocity SE content
  • Processing and sanitizing sales documents (MS Word, Excel, PPT, MPP, Visio and PDF) as per the pre-defined guidelines
  • Manage and resolve on-going queries from various stakeholder groups / content SMPs on usage of the product
Qualifications

•Graduate/ Post graduate qualification

•0 to 2 years of experience in the field of quality control/ document sanitization/ Sales Enablement/ knowledge management, delivering professional services in a Research/Consulting/Advisory discipline, preferably from a reputed Consulting, Big 4, or related professional services firms
